the staff seemed friendly enough.
the room felt quite cramped. the thermostat was definitely broken. it was stuck on some sort of sauna setting. i would have liked a lower temperature.

The bed linen were awesome. Diptyque cosmetics were a delight. I found the design excellent. I would definitely come back. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful to my needs .
The room was somewhat dark for my taste. I would like more light in the room for reading at night.

the hotel is near the champs-elysees it is a short walk. many parisian restaurants are within walking distance too. the hotel staff helped me upgrade the room before my arrival and had extra treats for my daughter during check-in. they were also very helpful when i left something behind after my stay.
i could not adjust the temperature in my room. the room was too hot. i had to sleep with the window open and it was noisy.

the hotel is located close to major attractions. it is a short walk to the arc de triomphe and the champs-elysees. there are several metro stations and bus stops nearby providing easy access to other parts of the city.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. they provided assistance before my stay with the room upgrade. they offered extra treats upon arrival and helped me retrieve an item i left behind after i checked out.
